We thought it would be fun to kick off 2025's schedule with one of our new tasting classes. These sessions will explore regions that are less well-known but still offer finely crafted wines. Southwesst France is a great example of this. Often referred to as France's "hidden corner", the Southwest is a large growing region with a range of varietals that everyone will enjoy. We'll pair these great wines with foods that are a fusion of local and international flavors.
